Good Morning – I don’t want to miss a thing

Give ear to my words, O Lord, Consider my meditation. Give heed to the voice of my cry,
My King and my God, For to You I will pray.
My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord; In the morning I will direct it to You,
And I will look up.
Psalm 5:1-3

GOOD MORNING LORD,
today I don’t want to miss a thing
not a word You say
not a touch of Your hand
not a sight of Your beauty
not a taste of Your goodness

O LORD,
hear me when I pray
when I call to you in praise or dismay
may I feel Your embrace while I meditate
listen to me, O my God and King,
this morning my voice raises to You
in boldness, in humbleness, in truth
today I focus my prayers and my mind upon You
and I will continually look to You for my help
my strength, my comfort, my peace and my hope.
