Who is like the Lord our God,
who is seated on high,
who looks far down
on the heavens and the earth?
Psalm 113:5-6
Go out into a grassy field
Look up into the night sky
See the stars that twinkle
Can you fathom their height?
Stand upon the shores of
Oceans blue and strong
The sands beneath your toes
Can you count the grains of those?
In the vastness of horizons
Where waters meet the heavens
There is a solemn Presence
Can you feel majesties pull?
And within that reverent moment
When stars twinkle, sands overwhelm,
Horizons cover like blankets
Grace reaches inside, spills peace,
Where only His love can abide.

God is looking down on us to make sure He can provide for us every single day. The air in our lungs is filled by the very breathes of Him. How special is that?
So, while I lay upon the grass staring into the midnight sky, or I stare out the window into the blue heavenlies, I can think about my Lord. The One who gives me life. I can praise Him and consider His love for me.
And while I’m looking up at Him, He’s looking back at me. Smiling. Letting me know He hasn’t forsaken me, and He loves me with an everlasting love.
I am not worthy of this. Yet, I am so grateful for His love for me. For all of us.
From My Heart to Yours,
Marcie
