This is the Air I Breathe
I asked you to help me breathe
breathe through the dust and debris
keep my lungs free, give sweet relief
to the chaos of the messes I’ve made.
And you, you pulled me through
you did what you promised to do
saved me from all my mistakes
gave me a place to breathe in sacred grace.
